On receipt of a proper DMCA notice APKx.com.pk will:
- Block or close access to the so-called violated material.
- Inform the user making the posting of the material about the takedown request.
- Do more as needed to abide by the copyright law.
Counter-Notification
In case you feel that it was your material that was deleted by mistake or you have authority to use the material, you can provide a counter-notification with:
- Your signature, either physical or electronic.
- Determination of the substance that was taken off and where it was.
- The statement made under oath of perjury that you do believe that the material has been deleted because of an error or mistake.
- Your name, address and telephone number and statement authorizing the jurisdiction of your local federal district court.
Counter-notification: counter-notification must be made by e-mail or mailed to the same address as given above. We shall examine and pursue proper action according to DMCA.
